Access to Past Data For Teachers

Learn how to view Gradebook data from the previous school year

Everfi gives teachers access to one year of past Gradebook data. You can easily switch between the current year and last year directly within your Gradebook.

How to Access Last Year’s Grades

  1. Go to your Gradebook tab
  2. Select the course or curriculum you want to review
  3. Use the year filter and change This Year to Last Year

Your Gradebook will update to show all student scores and completion information from the previous school year.


Important Notes

  • Course certificates from prior years cannot be reprinted by teachers.
    If a student needs a certificate from last year, they should log in to their own account and download it from their dashboard.
  • If you need access to student data that is more than one year old, contact Everfi Support.
    Please include:
    • The year you need data from
    • The course or curriculum name
    • Any relevant class details

Support will review whether older data can be retrieved.
