Access to Past Data For Teachers

Learn how to access grades from the year prior.

 

We provide teachers access to gradebook data from one year prior.

To access this data:

  1. Click on the Gradebook tab and select the curriculum you want grades for.
  2. In the field below, change the “This Year” filter to “Last Year".

Note: You will not be able to print out course certificates from a year prior. To print certificates for students a year prior, we recommend that the student log in and print their own certificate. 

If you are looking for data from more than a year old, please contact the Support team for consideration of retrieval of this data, noting the year and subject you are interested in.
