Co-Teacher Functionality

Learn what to do when multiple teachers need access to the same student progress

Current Limitations

Everfi does not currently support adding co‑teachers to the same class. However, teachers can still collaborate using the workarounds below.

Workarounds for Teachers

Share Student Progress Manually
Teachers who share students can exchange progress updates directly.  Students can also click the progress bar on a course tile to view their own grades and share them with a teacher.

Have Students Join Each Teacher’s Class
Students can add the same course to their dashboard using each teacher’s unique class registration code. This allows both teachers to track progress within their own Teacher Site.

Important: This option requires students to complete the course separately for each class and is not available for students using Single Sign‑On (SSO).

Request a Report From Support
If needed, Support can provide a grade report from the original teacher’s class when permission is confirmed.

How to Download and Share Gradebook Data

Teachers can download a CSV of student grades to share with another teacher:

  1. Log in to your Teacher Site
  2. Open your Gradebook
  3. Select the course you want to download
  4. Click Save as CSV on the far right to export grades
