Computer Labs Playing Course Videos

Learn what to do if course videos won’t play in your computer lab or classroom

If videos are not playing on school devices, it often means the network is blocking one or more of the domains that Everfi courses rely on.

Check Your School’s Allow List

Please have your IT team review the Allow List on our Minimum System Requirements page: https://everfi.com/minimum-system-requirements/

This page includes a full list of Everfi servers and domains that course content loads from. To ensure videos play correctly, all URLs on that list must be allowed on the school network.

Even though not every course uses every domain, none of the listed URLs should be blocked.

Why This Matters

When any of these domains are filtered or restricted, you may see issues such as:

  • Videos not playing
  • White or black screens
  • Lessons freezing or failing to load

Allowing all required domains typically resolves these issues.
