Why is a tab on my District Dashboard taking a long time to load
In most cases, this is expected. Load times vary depending on the amount of data associated with your district. Make sure you are using the latest version of your browser for the best experience.
During testing, tabs typically load within 20 seconds. If you experience noticeably longer delays or if slow loading becomes frequent, please let your District team know.
How can I export my data?
You can currently export data at the Students, Teachers, and Schools levels. To export:

Select the CSV icon.

A Download pop‑up will appear.

Choose one of the available files:
