How do I get started?
Your teacher will tell you when it’s time to begin a course. They may give you a registration code or ask you to log in through ClassLink or Clever and open the EVERFI app.
If you don’t have an account yet
Follow these steps to create one:
- Go to https://everfi.com/student and enter the registration code your teacher gave you.
- Choose your age range and select Next.
- Create a username and password.
- Select Create Account.
- You’ll see your Student Dashboard. Select Start to begin a course.
- Your work saves automatically, and your teacher can view your scores.
- When you return, go to https://everfi.com/login and sign in with your username and password.
If you already have an account
- Go to https://everfi.com/login and sign in.
- In the top‑right corner, enter the registration code your teacher gave you.
- Select Add Course to access your new course immediately.
What course do I need to take? What do I do with my registration code?
Your teacher will tell you which course you need to take and will share a registration code if you need one.
- If you’re new, use the code to create your account at https://everfi.com/student.
- If you already have an account, log in at https://everfi.com/login and enter the code to add the course.
If you think you should have access to a course but don’t see it, ask your teacher for the correct code or next steps.
Help! I forgot my username or password
The fastest way to get help is to ask your teacher.
- Your teacher can find your username.
- They can reset your password if you need it.
If you can’t ask your teacher, you or a parent can contact Everfi Support at 866‑384‑9062 or visit https://support.everfi.com/contact-support.
Help! I’m stuck in a course
If you can’t move forward, try these steps:
Complete everything on the page
Make sure you:
- Finish all activities
- Select all required buttons
- Answer all questions
- Watch the full video
When everything is complete, the Next button should work.
Check your screen zoom
If your screen is zoomed in, you may not see important buttons.
- On a PC or Chromebook: Control + 0 (zero)
- On a Mac: Command + 0 (zero)
Try a different browser
Switch to Chrome or Firefox and clear your browser’s cache if pages still won’t load.

How do I retake an assessment or quiz?
You can retake a quiz or module from your Student Course Menu. Look for a Retake or Replay button.
- Replay restarts the entire module and replaces your old quiz score once you finish.
- Retake may take you straight to the quiz, depending on the course.
If you're not sure which one your course uses, select the button and follow the on‑screen instructions.
How do I get my certificate of completion?
When you finish a course, you’ll find your certificate on your Learner Dashboard under the Completed tab.
If you finished a course and don’t see a certificate, contact Support and let them know which course you need it for.
