In this release we’ve made several improvements to help you manage your classes more efficiently and support student learning more effectively.

Teacher Experience Updates

Navigate Directly to Your Classes

You can now move quickly between classes directly from your dashboard. Class names in your student list are clickable and take you to the class details page, and archived classes are clearly labeled so you can easily identify inactive classes.

Access Course Resources Faster

Finding instructional materials is now easier within each class. Each course includes a direct link to view its resources, so you can quickly locate materials and prepare for teaching without searching multiple areas.

Easier Start-of-Year Class Setup

Each school year in Everfi includes a transition period that allows you to start fresh while still keeping access to your previous classes and data. At the end of the school year,  classes from the past school year are archived and removed from your main class list, but your data is still available for reference. We’ve improved how you manage this transition. During the renewal period (June 27–July 31):

• You’ll see both your current and previous classes in one place

• You can quickly renew eligible classes from last year with a single action

This makes it easier to continue using your existing classes without rebuilding them, saving time as you prepare for the new school year.  For more about this transition see: Preparing for the School Year in Everfi.

Update Your Teaching Profile

You can now view and edit your grade levels and topic interests directly from your profile. Keeping this information up to date helps personalize your experience and ensures you see relevant content.

Improved Guest Speaker Scheduling

Scheduling guest speakers is now more predictable. Guest speaker requests are paused near the end of the implementation period to avoid unavailable scheduling windows, making it less likely to run into scheduling issues or unavailable dates.

Smoother Navigation Experience

Navigation improvements help prevent errors when switching languages or moving between pages, resulting in a more reliable experience.

Student Experience Updates

Add Google Sign-In

Students can now add Google as a sign-in option from their profile. This gives students more flexibility in how they access their account and can simplify the login experience for those already using Google tools.

Improved Badges and Certificates

We’ve enhanced how achievements appear in the student profile. Certificates now include updated visuals, and students can download their digital badges along with compatible credential data, making it easier to share and use achievements outside the platform.

Better Notification Experience

Notifications now appear one at a time in a stacked format, rather than displaying multiple messages at once. This creates a cleaner, less overwhelming experience and makes it easier for students to focus on each update.

More Reliable Student Access

We’ve made improvements to ensure students are consistently directed to the correct dashboard experience, even in edge cases. This helps provide a smoother and more reliable login and navigation experience.
