Your district’s Clever or ClassLink administrator handles all roster‑related setup and updates within your SSO system. If you need to complete any of the actions below and you’re not sure who your administrator is, contact Support and we can help direct you.
What Your SSO District Administrator Can Do
Your Clever or ClassLink administrator is responsible for managing:
- Adding students to your roster
- Removing students from your roster
- Changing a student’s name
- Resetting Clever or ClassLink passwords for you or your students
- Creating rostered classes
- Removing rostered classes
- Updating or changing rostered classes
- Transferring a student to a new section
Important Notes
- Removing a student from a section in Clever or ClassLink does not remove the student from the cohort in Everfi.
- When a student is transferred between sections, grades do not transfer, and the student will not be removed from the original section in Everfi.
