LMS Integrations

Teachers can simply create an assignment within their LMS and link out to EVERFI.net (or their SSO if they are using one to log in to EVERFI) 

1. First, log in to EVERFI either via your SSO or at everfi.net. 
2. Create a class according to SSO or Non-SSO

 Go to your LMS and create an assignment (see specific directions below according to your LMS) 

1. In the assignment make sure to include:   

• • The link to EVERFI (either everfi.net or your SSO provider) 
  • The course code if not using a SSO to sign in (SSO users will automatically be enrolled into a class if a SSO section was used) 

Schoology 

1. Log in to Schoology 
2. Select a course 
3. Click on “Add Materials” 
4. Select “Add Assignment” 
5. Name the assignment specific to the EVERFI course and Lesson (EX:  Future Smart – Lesson 1 Welcome Mayor!”) 
6. Add a description, something like: 

• Click the link to log into EVERFI.  Once in EVERFI click on Future Smart and complete Lesson 1 – Welcome Mayor!.  When you’re done come back o Schoology and click submit. 
• If this is your student’s first time logging in add the directions below: 
  • Click the link to log into EVERFI.  Choose student on the next screen, enter the Class code:  INSERT CLASS CODE HERE.  Once in EVERFI click on Future Smart and complete Lesson 1 – Welcome Mayor!.  When you’re done come back to Schoology and click submit. 

1. Fill in the rest of the Schoology boxes according to your district standards 
2. Click Create assignment 

Canvas 

1. Log in to Canvas 
2. Select a Course 
3. Click on “Assignments” on the left menu 
4. Click “+assignment”  
5. Name the assignment specific to the EVERFI course and Lesson (EX:  Future Smart – Lesson 1 Welcome Mayor!”) 
6. Add a description, something like: 

• Click the link to log into EVERFI.  Once in EVERFI click on Future Smart and complete Lesson 1 – Welcome Mayor!.  When you’re done come back to Canvas and click submit. 
• If this is your student’s first time logging in add the directions below: 
  • Click the link to log into EVERFI.  Choose student on the next screen, enter the Class code:  INSERT CLASS CODE HERE.  Once in EVERFI click on Future Smart and complete Lesson 1 – Welcome Mayor!.  When you’re done come back to Canvas and click submit. 

1. Fill in the rest of the Canvas boxes according to your district standards 
2. Click Save & Publish 

 

Google Classroom 

1. Log in to Google Classroom 
2. Select a course 
3. Click on Classwork at the top 
4. Click “+create”, then “Assignment” 
5. Name the assignment specific to the EVERFI course and Lesson (EX:  Future Smart – Lesson 1 Welcome Mayor!”) 
6. Add a description, something like: 

• • Click the link to log into EVERFI.  Once in EVERFI click on Future Smart and complete Lesson 1 – Welcome Mayor!.  When you’re done come back o Google Classroom and click submit. 
• If this is your student’s first time logging in add the directions below:
