Registering Students as a Teacher

Use this guide to learn how to register students directly in your Everfi class

You can create student accounts yourself instead of having students self‑register. After you create your class, select Create Student Accounts to begin.

You have two options:

  • Create a Single Student Account — add one student at a time
  • Create Multiple Student Accounts — upload students in bulk using a CSV file
    (Refer to your bulk‑upload article for details on using the CSV option.)

Create a Single Student Account

  1. Fill out the student information fields.
  2. For Age Range, remember that students under 13 will only have their last initial displayed.
  3. When you finish entering the information, select one of the following:
    • Create and Add Another to continue adding additional students
    • Create to add only one student
