How to Reset a Student Password
You can reset a student’s password directly from the new Teacher Dashboard. Follow these steps when a student needs help logging in.
1. Navigate to My Students
Use the left‑hand navigation menu to open My Students.
2. Find the student
Locate the student whose password you want to reset.
3. Select the reset option
In the Actions column, select the key icon for that student.
4. Set a temporary password
Enter a temporary password, select Save, and share the temporary password with the student so they can log in.
