Maxed Out Login Attempts
We've increased our security and as such, we are instituting max log in attempts for teachers and students. What does this mean for you?
- When you make 5 unsuccessful log in attempts within a span of 5 minutes, you will be locked out of your account for 10 minutes.
- When a student makes 10 unsuccessful log in attempts within a span of 5 minutes, they will be locked out of their account for 10 minutes.
After the 10 minutes, you can attempt to log in again. If you need help resetting your password after the 10 minutes, please contact support.
