elow is a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) related to Single Sign-On. We update this list regularly. 

When does the EVERFI system sync Single-Sign On rosters if students are uploaded or updated? 

the EVERFI system syncs with Single Sign-On rosters every night around 7pm EST. This means if an update or upload is made during the school day, you will need to wait until the next day to see the change. 

What happens if the certain sections are not being shared with me, as the teacher?

You will need to work with your District to have the certain sections added to the Sharing settings. Please see this article to learn about your District Administrator: Knowing Who Your Clever/Classlink District Administrator Is and What They Are Needed For

What happens if a student changes sections? 

If a student changes sections, unfortunately,  they will still be left in the section and put in the new section. You will need to hide them. Please see this article on how to hide students: Hiding Students

If the student had grades, the teacher will need to manually add grades for students in the new section. Please see this article on how to manually add grades: Changing or Adding a Student's Grade in Teacher Gradebook

As a counselor or support staff etc, I do not have sections because I don't teach. What do I do? 

Some districts are only sharing sections if you are a teacher that has sections. If you are not a teacher, work with your district to have them share all the District's data.
