Student Accidentally Creates Teacher Account
If, for whatever reason, a student accidentally creates a teacher account, this is what you'll need to do.
If your student has accidentally created a teacher account, you'll need to contact Support to get that account deleted so that the student can register as a student with their email.
Make sure that going forward, a student would select a "student" account on this screen, and a teacher would select a "teacher" on this screen:

If, as a teacher, you have created a student account, that's okay! You can keep your student account and delete your email so that you can use it when registering as a teacher.
Alternate Situation - Help! My Teacher Account Has Turned Into a Student's Account!
There are some situations in which a student may using a teacher's computer and logs into their student account on the same browser. The teacher may then find that they are unable to log into their teacher account afterwards, or may notice that their teacher account appears to be tied to a student's name. If you are in this situation, or believe that a your teacher account has somehow merged with a student account or student's name, the good news is that this can be fixed! Please reach out to Customer Support with the following information:
