Student Progress Not Saving

Learn what to do if your progress is not saving

If you notice missing progress in your Everfi course, here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot before reaching out for help.

1. Make Sure the Activity Is Fully Completed

Many lessons include interactive activities, videos, or questions you must finish before progress can save.  If anything is incomplete, the module may not mark itself as finished.

2. Check Your Device Against Our System Requirements

Visit our Minimum System Requirements page to ensure your device and browser meet Everfi’s requirements: https://everfi.com/minimum-system-requirements/

If your browser or device isn’t supported, progress may not save consistently.

3. If Progress Still Appears Missing

If you believe your work did not save after completing the full activity:

Contact Everfi Support with:

  • The course name
  • The module name
  • A description of what appears to be missing
  • Any screenshots you have (optional, but helpful)

Support will review your account and investigate the issue. Please note that they may ask for confirmation that the module was fully completed.
