Student Thinks They Have Lost Progress

Learn what to do if a student thinks they have lost their progress.

While this doesn't happen often, there are times in which a student will contact support, or a teacher will contact support on their behalf to let our team know that they feel they have lost progress in their course.

If your student feels like they have lost progress, please attempt to provide the following information to our Support team:

  • What course you believe the progress was lost for

  • When progress was believed to be lost (what module or lesson)

  • How far in the module or lesson you were in before progress was believed to be lost 

  • Any screenshots you have of former progress

While we cannot guarantee anything, we will make every effort to investigate to determine if progress is missing. There are many factors that can contribute to loss of progress, mainly internet connection and/or thinking the progress was for a different course or module.
