Teacher Not Teaching Anymore
Learn what to do if you’re no longer teaching and no longer need your Everfi account
If you’ve stepped away from the classroom—whether due to retirement, a new role, a promotion, or any other change—you may no longer need access to your Everfi teacher account. You have a few options depending on what you prefer.
If You Want Your Account Deleted
If you would like your teacher account permanently removed, please contact the Everfi Support team.
Our team will safely delete your account and remove any associated teacher‑level access.
If You Simply No Longer Need to Use Everfi
If you don’t need your account deleted, you can simply stop logging in.
Your historical class data and any student progress connected to your account will remain available to your school as needed.
If Someone Else Is Taking Over Your Classes
If a colleague is replacing you:
- They can create their own Everfi teacher account
- You may direct them to your class codes or provide a quick handoff (if applicable)
- They can reach out to Support if they need help setting up new classes
Before You Contact Support
To make the process quick, be prepared to share:
- Your name
- The email tied to your Everfi teacher account
- Your school or district
This helps the Support team confirm your identity and complete your request quickly.
