Why You May Not Be Able To Log In
If you are unable to sign in to Everfi through Clever or ClassLink, your district may not be sharing your teacher account with Everfi. This must be updated by your district’s SSO administrator.

Here’s what to do if you are not appearing in Clever or ClassLink as an Everfi teacher:
- Contact your Clever or ClassLink District Administrator and ask them to update the sharing rules to include you. Teachers can log in through Clever or ClassLink even if they do not have sections assigned to them.
- Allow time for the overnight sync. Once your account is shared with Everfi, it may take one overnight sync before you can log in through Clever or ClassLink.
- If you are not listed in the district SIS, your Clever or ClassLink administrator can create a custom teacher or staff record, along with custom sections if needed. This approach is often used for long‑term substitutes, substitutes, or volunteers.
