Clever/ClassLink Students Not Appearing in Teacher Site

There are a few reasons why your students might not be appearing on your roster upon logging in to your Teacher Site.


  1. It's important to note that students will only show up in on a teacher's roster if they have logged in via Clever/ClassLink. Once the student has logged in via Clever/ClassLink for the first time, the student will appear in the teacher's roster. Please ensure the student has logged in.
  2. Students were not added to the teacher's roster for whatever reason.  (ie transfer student, new student in class etc.) In this case, please reach out your District Admin. 
  3. The class the student(s) are in may be hidden. Please see our article Missing Classes to discern if that is what is causing your student(s) to not appear.
