Clever/ClassLink Students Not Appearing in Teacher Site
Use this guide to understand why students may not be showing in your roster and how to resolve it
Students Must Log In Through Clever or ClassLink
Students only appear in your Everfi roster after they log in through Clever or ClassLink for the first time. If a student is missing, confirm that they have opened the Everfi app through your district’s SSO system.
Students May Not Have Been Added to Your Roster
If a student recently transferred, joined your class, or was not included in the shared roster, they may not appear automatically. Contact your District Administrator so they can review and update your SSO roster data.
The Class May Be Hidden
If your students are not appearing, your class might be hidden on your Teacher Site.
