Clever/ClassLink Students Not Appearing in Teacher Site
There are a few reasons why your students might not be appearing on your roster upon logging in to your Teacher Site.
- It's important to note that students will only show up in on a teacher's roster if they have logged in via Clever/ClassLink. Once the student has logged in via Clever/ClassLink for the first time, the student will appear in the teacher's roster. Please ensure the student has logged in.
- Students were not added to the teacher's roster for whatever reason. (ie transfer student, new student in class etc.) In this case, please reach out your District Admin.
- The class the student(s) are in may be hidden. Please see our article Missing Classes to discern if that is what is causing your student(s) to not appear.
