Single Sign-On (SSO) Clever/ClassLink Second Semester Instructions

Learn about what to do with Semester 2 Clever/ClassLink sections when the time comes.

As Semester 2 nears we highly recommend you create new classes with your Semester 2 sections. This is especially important if your sections are changing or if you might acquire new students throughout the new semester.  Here are the steps to follow:

 

  1. Click My Classes
  2. Click Create Class
  3. Choose a second semester class (if you're unsure what is a semester 2 section look at the Term listed in the section name, usually symbolized by T1, T2, T3, or S1 and S2, or look at the section numbers in parentheses and compare the numbers to your student information system (ex: Skyward, Infinite Campus, Powerschool, etc.)"
  4. Fill out the information and click Create Class
  5. Once second semester starts your students will be able to log into Everfi and will automatically be added to your class upon login
  6. Once first semester ends, we suggest hiding those classes so students don't get confused.

    To do this go to My Classes --> More Actions --> Hide.
