Learn what to do when you move to a new school

If you change schools, you will need to create a new Everfi teacher account using your new school’s information. Accounts cannot be transferred between schools, and we are not able to move your previous teacher account, classes, or data to a new school profile.

To get started at your new school, simply register as a new teacher with your updated school details.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Can my old classes or student progress transfer to my new account?
No. Classes and student data stay with the school where they were created.

Can Support move my account from one school to another?
No. Everfi accounts are tied to your school’s information and cannot be moved or merged.

Can I still access my old account after leaving a school?
You may be able to log in, but you will not be able to use it for teaching or creating new classes at your new school.

I already created classes at my old school. What should I do?
Create a brand‑new account using your new school and begin setting up new classes.
