Student Progress Tied to Another Teacher

At this time, you’re not able to view a student’s progress for any course that is owned by another teacher. Each course’s Gradebook is tied to the teacher who created the class, and progress cannot be shared across teacher accounts.

What You Can Do

If you need visibility into a student’s progress from another teacher’s class, we recommend asking the other teacher to take screenshots of their Gradebook and share them with you. This is currently the most reliable way to transfer progress information between teachers.

Future Improvements

We know this limitation can be challenging, especially when teachers collaborate or share students. Our team is actively working on prioritizing a co‑teacher functionality so multiple teachers can view and support the same students within a shared Gradebook environment.
